Eric has over half a decade of experience evaluating to improve projects, programs, and events in non-profit and community settings, conducting primary research to better understand community or organizational needs, and managing a multi-year online community panel of over 1,000 Metro Denver community members.

His experience involves health and social justice issues like racial equity, food security, maternal health, healthcare experiences and more. Eric has led and actively collaborated on multiple efforts that pursued to solve a health or social issue through policy, system, environmental (PSE) changes.

He strives to learn and improve client’s impact using appropriate frameworks, lens, or principles such as adopting a learning culture across their organization, establishing effective goal-setting for teams, and using evaluation to guide work plan and practices that advocate for the changes required to address a need or issue voiced by communities.

Eric holds a Master’s of Science in Public Health degree (MSPH) with a concentration in Program Planning & Evaluation from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology degree (BS) from the University of Colorado Denver.  

When not serving clients and communities, Eric enjoys taking walks, spending time with his family, and learning about the histories of civilizations.
